@cgtnofficial Congratulations! #China has launched a CERES-1S Y3 carrier rocket from the sea, sending 6 satellites into the 535 km Sun-synchronous orbit. The commercial rocket blasted off from a mobile sea platform off the coast of eastern Shandong province at 1:22 p.m. Beijing time on Thursday. The mission is coded as “How Far I’ll Go”. This is the third sea launch mission for the Beijing-based private firm Galactic Energy. CERES-1 is currently the only commercial rocket type in China that can be launched from the land and the sea.
